It is a song of adoration and longing, and a calling back of the Divine Feminine to take her place of glory on this earth and among the people.
 
The concept of מים רבים, mighty waters, in Judaism symbolizes the troubles of life. Stress, financial pressures, relationship struggles, and the challenges we face in our daily lives. Water is symbolically associated with emotions.
When emotions rise like tidal waves, we can lose our footing, drown, or drift apart.
Yet, this verse reminds us that love knows how to traverse these waters.
