Refund Policy

At The Kavanah Collection, every piece of jewelry is handmade and crafted to order. Because of this personalized process, we cannot offer refunds except in specific situations outlined below.

 

1. Made-to-Order Policy

All items are made to order, and production begins shortly after an order is placed.
For this reason:

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Personal preference

  • Delays caused by postal services or customs

Please check the sizing carefully before purchasing, and don't hesitate to contact us with any questions.

 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a craftsmanship issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will gladly repair or replace the item.

To assist us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos or video of the item and packaging

We will guide you through the repair or replacement process quickly.

 

3. One-Year Warranty

Every Kavanah piece includes a one-year warranty covering:

  • Craftsmanship issues

  • Normal wear

  • Engraving or metal defects

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper care

  • Exposure to chemicals or water beyond normal wear

  • Lost items

  • Stolen packages

  • Breakage due to accidents

After the first year, we continue to offer repairs for a small fee — so your jewelry can be cherished for years to come.

 

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Made-to-order pieces

  • Custom engravings or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items damaged after delivery

 

5. Refunds (If Approved)

If your situation qualifies for a refund (for example, if we cannot repair or replace a damaged item), the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.

 

6. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed because production begins right away.
If you made an error in your order, please contact us immediately — we will do our best to help before production starts, but cannot guarantee changes after the order is submitted.

 

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they are marked “delivered” by the shipping carrier.
We will, however, support you in filing a claim with the postal service if applicable.
