1. General Information
This website is operated by The Kavanah Collection, based in Israel and serving customers worldwide.
By accessing our site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
2. Handmade & Made-to-Order Products
All Kavanah pieces are handmade and crafted to order.
Minor variations in engraving, finish, and gemstones are normal and part of the unique character of handcrafted work.
We do our best to represent each product accurately through photos and descriptions, but colors and details may vary slightly depending on lighting, screen settings, and natural materials.
3. Orders & Payments
We accept payments through trusted third-party providers such as PayPal and credit card processors. These providers securely handle your financial information. We do not store your full payment details.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, as production begins shortly after purchase.
4. Shipping
Processing time is typically 5 to 7 business days, as each item is made to order.
Standard international shipments are sent via Israel Postal Service. Delivery times vary by destination and typically take approximately 14 to 21 business days, in addition to processing time.
We offer free standard shipping worldwide on orders over $150.
Orders sent via standard shipping may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included unless clearly stated otherwise and remain the responsibility of the customer.
For a faster and more seamless delivery experience,
DHL Express door-to-door shipping is available at checkout.
For international orders, DHL Express includes taxes, duties, and customs fees prepaid, so your order should arrive without unexpected charges upon delivery.
For local deliveries within Israel, customers may choose between standard shipping or DHL Express door-to-door shipping, which usually arrives within 1 to 3 business days.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns.
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a repair or replacement where applicable.
Every item includes a one-year warranty covering craftsmanship issues and normal wear.
After one year, repairs are available for a small fee.

6. Pricing & Availability
Prices may change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
If a product is listed with an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order or request additional payment before fulfillment.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
