Each piece is crafted with intention and made to order, and we take great care to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and beautifully.
Processing Time
All pieces are handmade to order.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for crafting and preparation before shipment.
During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping worldwide on orders over $150.
Standard shipping is sent via Israel Postal Service. Delivery times vary by destination, but generally take around 21 business days including processing time.
Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.
Please note that for international orders sent via standard shipping, customs duties, import taxes, and other local fees are not included and may apply upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations.
Express Shipping
For a faster and more seamless delivery experience, we also offer DHL Express door-to-door shipping, available at checkout.
This option is quicker than standard shipping and includes all taxes, duties, and customs fees prepaid, so your order should arrive with no unexpected charges upon delivery.
Shipping Within Israel
For local deliveries within Israel, you may choose between:
Standard shipping
A more economical option that may take a bit longer.
DHL Express door-to-door shipping
A faster option that usually arrives within 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders over $150.
Orders under $150 are charged a flat shipping rate, which is calculated at checkout.
Express shipping rates, including DHL Express, are also shown at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders sent via standard shipping may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes according to your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If you select DHL Express, these charges are prepaid and included in the shipping cost at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
If your tracking number shows delays or irregular updates, feel free to contact us and we will gladly assist.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been shipped, it is in the care of the postal or courier service.
If a package is significantly delayed or lost, we will do our best to help you track it down.
If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local courier directly. We are unable to replace orders stolen after delivery, but we will gladly support you in filing a claim if applicable.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
Each piece is made to order, so we cannot accept returns.
If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a repair or replacement.
All Kavanah pieces include a one-year warranty covering normal wear and craftsmanship issues.
After the first year, we offer repairs for a small fee, so your piece can continue to be cherished for years to come and even passed down as a modern heirloom.
