Each piece is crafted with intention and made to order, and we take great care to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and on time.

Processing Time

All pieces are handmade to order.
Please allow 5–7 business days for crafting and preparation before shipment.
During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping

We currently ship via Israel Postal Service for all standard deliveries
Average delivery time is around 21 business days, depending on destination (including processing time)/
Tracking information is provided once your order ships

Express Shipping

If you need your order sooner, please contact us before or immediately after checkout.
We are happy to arrange express or courier shipping (UPS / FedEx / DHL), with pricing based on your location.

Shipping Rates

Free worldwide shipping on all orders over $150
Orders under $150 are charged a flat shipping rate, which is calculated at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
If your tracking number shows delays or irregular updates, feel free to contact us — we will gladly assist.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been shipped, it is in the care of your local postal service.
If a package is significantly delayed or lost, we will do our best to help you track it down.

If a package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact your local courier.
We are unable to replace orders stolen after delivery, but we will support you in filing a claim if applicable.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

Each piece is made to order, so we cannot accept returns.
If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days for a repair or replacement.

All Kavanah pieces include a one-year warranty covering normal wear and craftsmanship issues.
After the first year, we offer repairs for a small fee — ensuring your piece can be cherished for years to come and even passed down as a modern heirloom.
